Defective or Damaged Product

We deeply regret any inconvenience caused if your ordered product arrives damaged. To expedite the resolution, please contact us within two weeks at support@cosmovisions.shop, including photos of the damaged product, the order number, and any relevant details. We will promptly respond to find a satisfactory solution.
Returns

As our products are custom-printed on demand, tailored to your specifications, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges. If any issue arises with your order, kindly inform us at support@cosmovisions.shop.
Refunds

Refunds are applicable solely for defective or damaged items. For such cases, please contact us at support@cosmovisions.shop with accompanying photos.
Exchange of Items for Different Size/Color

We do not provide this option at present. If uncertain about sizing, refer to our size guide available for each item in the product description section.
Order Cancellation

a. Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled once processed. Please double-check your order before confirming.
Refund Policy

Our products are ordered and printed on-demand, customized to the User's specifications at the time of purchase.

Our sale is thus considered a tailor-made service, following European directives (Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for: 1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized).

Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product. Claims related to lost packages must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims acknowledged as our error are covered at our expense.

The return address is designated to our facility. Upon receiving a returned shipment, you will be notified via email. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
Address Issues

In case the customer provides an address deemed insufficient by the courier, resulting in the return of the shipment to our facility, you will bear the reshipment costs after confirming an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed Shipments

Unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will incur reshipment costs (if and as applicable).
Returned by Customer

It is advisable to contact us before returning any product. We do not refund orders due to buyer's remorse.
