When will I receive my order?

Typically, it takes 3-7 business days to process an order, after which we proceed with shipping. Delivery times depend on the location, and here is an estimate:

  • USA: 3-4 business days
  • Europe: 6-8 business days
  • Australia: 2-14 business days
  • Japan: 4-8 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days
  • Where will my order be shipped from?

    We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.

    Will I have to pay customs duties?

    Customs duty may be applied to international orders. However, taxes are beyond our control and vary for each country, so please check with your local customs office to see if duties and taxes apply.

    My order should have arrived, but it's late. What should I do?

    Before contacting us, please check the following:

  • Review the shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
  • Inquire at your local post office.
  • Check with your neighbors to see if the courier left the package with them.

  • If the address was correct and the courier did not leave the package at a post office or with a neighbor, please email us at [support email] with your order number.     How are the products made?

    We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper. They have facilities worldwide, so depending on the shipping address, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can handle them most efficiently and quickly.

    How can I track my package?

    I received a defective/damaged product. What should I do?

    We are truly sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us at support@cosmovisions within two weeks with photos of the product, the order number, and any other details that may be helpful. We will respond as soon as possible to find a solution!

    Do you offer refunds?

    We offer refunds only for defective or damaged items. If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at support@cosmovisions with photos.

    Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

    Currently, we do not offer this option. If you are unsure about the size, please check our size guide; we have one for each item in the product description section.
